What is a Tribute?

We create 8 x 10, 11 x 14 and 12 x 16 personalized Tributes to memorialize loved ones, special events and beloved pets.



What types of personalized products do you offer?

We provide living and memorial Tributes for people and pets.  We also offer personalized Bookmarks and Note Cards sold separately or to complement your Tribute.



What will the Tribute look like?

You create the “look” by selecting the Content, Photo Appearance/Artistic Style, and Paper Background Color Design. Tributes may include a full poem, short poem, descriptive traits, or short notation of your choice. How are these products personalized?

Tributes, Bookmarks and Note Cards may be personalized with photos, names, dates and notations.  Our Tribute poems reflect gender and age group.  Many offer further personalization by embedding a name within the poem. 
 

Pet Tributes may also include a poem which refers to your pet by name, gender and breed.  Our copyrighted poems represent more than 80 breeds. We also have special poems for rescued pets.



How do your poems provide personalization?

Our unique, copyrighted poems celebrate special people, pets and life events.  Most of our poems are personalized in the following ways:

 
Poems for people

  • Age group
  • Name embedded within the poem

  • Special verses for Breed (more than 80 breeds represented)
  • Additional verses for rescued pets

How many photos may be included on Tributes, Bookmarks, or Note Cards?

Tributes and may include one or two photos.  Bookmarks and Note Cards may include one photo.



Will photos appear in black & white or color?

You decide how your photos will best be displayed for the “look” you want. You may choose classic black & white or color for Tributes, Bookmarks or Note Cards. 

Note:  We can convert color photos to black & white if desired.

Since Tributes allow for up to two photos, you may prefer a combination of one black & white and the other in color.  



How do I order a personalized Tribute?

Follow these steps to create unique, personalized Tributes:

  1. Go to Pricing & Before You Order to receive important information about photo preparation and submission.
  2. Next, go to Samples:  Personalized Products; Artistic Styles; Papers for ideas of how you would like your Tribute to look.  Determine which Artistic Style and Paper color will best suit your photo(s).
  3. Then go to Build Your Tribute and select your Tribute's Content.  The link will take you to Shop where you can specify your choice of Artistic Style, Paper color and provide information for personalization.
  Note:  Of course you can skip these steps and proceed to Shop at any time!


How do I order personalized Bookmarks?

Follow these steps to create unique, personalized Bookmarks:

  1. Go to Pricing & Before You Order to receive important information about photo preparation and submission.
  2. Next, go to Samples:  Personalized Products; Artistic Styles; Papers to view Artistic Style and Paper color choices for your Bookmark.  Decide which options will best suit your photo.
  3. To see examples of personalized Bookmarks, go to Additional Products.
  4. Go to Shop and select Personalized Bookmarks.  This is where you can specify your choice of Artistic Style, Paper color and provide information for personalization.
  Note:  Of course you can skip these steps and proceed to Shop at any time!


How do I order personalized Note Cards?

Follow these steps to create unique, personalized Note Cards:

  1. Go to Pricing & Before You Order to receive important information about photo preparation and submission.
  2. Next, go to Additional Products to see examples of personalized Note Cards.  Artistic Style options for your photo are displayed.  Decide which option will best suit your photo.  Note Cards are offered on white or cream linen card stock.
  3. Go to Shop and select Personalized Note Cards.  This is where you can specify your choice of Artistic Style, Paper color and provide information for personalization.
  Note:  Of course you can skip these steps and proceed to Shop at any time!



What other products do you offer?

Go to Additional Products to view our complete selection of unique specialty products.  Our Lessons From: Baby bookmark series and Lessons From: Dogs and Cats bookmarks series share advice from the perspectives of babies and pets.  These are great gifts for new parents and pet lovers.

Also view our Religious Artwork.  These 11 x 14 prints feature biblical truths, principles and promises.  We have introduced this series with the Book of Isaiah.  Watch for future additions!



Is ordering online safe?

We offer a secured connection (SSL) environment when you enter our Store's Shopping Cart to place your order and remit form of payment.  A Secured Connection is also established any time you access our Store and login with your account and password.  We respect your privacy.  Any information you provide will not be shared outside our company.



How do I send a photo?

You may send photos via email or ground mail.  Both our email and mailing addresses can be obtained on our Contact Us page. 

Photo mailing tips

Email:  When ordering online, you will receive a confirmation invoice email.  Simply reply to the invoice and attach your photos.
Ground Mail:  Our mailing address can be found on our
Contact Us page.  Never send originals via ground mail.



Will my photo be returned to me?

Photos received via ground mail will be returned to you along with your completed order.  We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of photos sent via ground mail.



When will I receive my order?

We will begin creating your Tributes, Bookmarks and/or Note Cards after receiving your completed order form, photos and payment.  Although we cannot guarantee a completion date, orders are most often mailed within two weeks.  Please advise us if you have a time-sensitive need.  We will do all possible to accommodate your request.



What is your refund policy?

All sales are final.  If we make an error the item(s) will be replaced at no extra charge or a refund will be provided within 30 days of purchase.



I am having trouble viewing your website.  Items appear to be fuzzy, or do not display completely.
